Founder and Managing Partner
Noah Lichtenstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Crossover. He spent the first 10 years of his career building and scaling technology startups in Silicon Valley before transitioning to early-stage investing. His operating background and deep networks in the startup ecosystem shape both his sourcing and how he underwrites founders and fund managers. Over the past decade Noah has invested in and advised more than 50 startups and more than 20 venture capital funds. He began his investing career at the inaugural fund of Cowboy Ventures before launching Crossover.
Prior to investing, Noah was a founding team member of HomeRun, backed by First Round Capital and Foundation Capital, and acquired for $100 million in under 18 months. Before HomeRun, Noah was among the earliest employees at the Climate Corporation (formerly WeatherBill), backed by First Round Capital, Index, NEA, Founders Fund, and others, and acquired by Monsanto for $1 billion in 2013. He has also served as an Advisor to various companies at inception, including Life360 (NASDAQ: LIF). Additionally, Noah was the Co-Founder and President of bootstrapped startup Annuvia (acquired by a PE firm), and served as a wildland firefighter in rural Oregon.
Noah received a BA with honors from Stanford University, where he played on the Men's Lacrosse team and was a recipient of the Booth Prize and the George G. Dekker Award.
Outside of investing, Noah spent a decade on the Board of Directors for United Way Bay Area and has spoken at organizations including TechCrunch Disrupt, Stanford University, the NBA Player’s Association, and Goldman Sachs.
